Due to an avalanche disaster in Yuzawa Town, Niigata Prefecture, the National Highway No. 17 was closed, and the Kan-Etsu Expressway (between Yuzawa IC and Tsukiyono IC and Yuzawa IC) was run from 7 o'clock on the 4th.
