2 Congestion status in the Niigata Regional Head Office

Traffic jams of 5 km or more due to accidents and traffic concentration occurred three times during the period (four times last year).

The longest traffic jam during the period is the 10km traffic jam that occurred on the Hokuriku Expressway (Out-bound) on August 8 (Wednesday) during the earthquake restoration work section due to the Chuetsu-oki Earthquake.
