- If the entrance ETC lane is not available
ETC non-stop driving is not possible at the entrance, so be sure to stop once in the ordinary lane and receive a toll ticket.Also, you cannot run ETC non-stop at the exit, so be sure to stop once in the ordinary lane to get a toll ticket and ETC card Please give it to the staff.
In addition, the application of ETC midnight discount and commuting discount will be handled at the exit toll booth. We apologize for the inconvenience, Please apply at the exit toll booth.
If you cannot apply at the exit toll booth, please contact the NEXCO EAST Customer Center. Please note that if you do not request, the ETC midnight discount and commuting discount will not be applied.
- If you cannot use the exit ETC lane
ETC non-stop driving is not possible at the exit, so be sure to stop in the normal lane and hand the ETC card to the toll gate staff.
To apply the ETC midnight discount and commuting discount, use the ETC lane at the entrance with ETC nonstop driving, and if the discount conditions are met, the discount will be automatically applied. (There is no need to request at the exit toll gate.)
