NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Nishi-ku, Niigata city, Regional Head Office: Yoshio Shiraishi) is insufficient to cover the thickness of the lining concrete in order to examine repair methods for improper construction of the Joshin-Etsu Expressway Kumasaka tunnel construction and future recurrence prevention measures. We have proceeded with the opinions of people with knowledge and experience in conducting field surveys on inappropriate construction such as gaps, voids, and insufficient thickness of shotcrete.
Recently, demand for repair methods and reliable construction of the future of the tunnel construction of the inappropriate construction, for measures to prevent recurrence of inappropriate construction work, in order to carry out the investigation in light of the latest findings by academics such as, "Joshin-Etsu Expressway Kumasaka We would like to inform you that we have set up the Tunnel Examination Committee and will hold the 1st Committee as follows.
