NEXCO EAST Niigata Management Office (Konan Ward, Niigata City, Director: Hiromitsu Shimomura) is involved in pavement repair work between the Seikai Shibata Interchange (IC) and Nakajo Interchange (IC) on the Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway (upper and lower lines). We will inform you that we will enforce alternate traffic restrictions on one side.

We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Traffic regulation section and period

Date and time	From Wednesday, July 30, 2008 to Friday, August 1, 2008 9:00 to 17:00 During the above period, one-way traffic control will be implemented for one day.
