[Request to customers using ETC]
- ETC is not available during the period when the entrance ETC lane of the applicable toll gate is closed, so please use a general lane to obtain a pass ticket.
- At the exit toll booth, please hand over your pass and your ETC card on a regular lane. Tolls can be paid with an ETC card. (Payment with cash or other credit cards is also possible.)
- At this time, points added by mileage registration will be added the same as when running ETC.
- Regarding various ETC time zone discounts, You must apply to a toll booth staff at the exit toll booth Please note that.
[How to use when ETC lane is closed]
If the entrance ETC lane is closed
At the entrance toll booth, be sure to stop at the general lane and receive a pass. Also, at the exit toll booth, stop once in the general lane and hand the ticket and ETC card to the toll booth staff.
For ETC midnight discount, commuting discount, and holiday daytime discount, the toll gate staff will handle the discount processing at the exit toll booth. We apologize for the inconvenience, but ask the staff at the exit toll booth to tell us that the ETC lane was not available.
If you cannot apply at the exit toll booth, please contact NEXCO EAST Customer Center.
Please note that ETC midnight discounts, commuting discounts, and holiday daytime discounts may not be applied if you do not consult the NEXCO EAST Customer Center.
If the exit ETC lane is closed
Please be sure to stop at the general lane at the exit toll gate and hand your ETC card to the toll gate staff.
ETC midnight discount and commuting discount will be automatically applied when you use the ETC lane at the entrance for ETC driving and meet the discount conditions. (There is no need to request at the exit toll gate.)
