NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Nishi-ku, Niigata city, Regional Head Office president: Yoshio Shiraishi) is a day-and-night continuous lane regulation between Hokuriku Expressway Kakizaki Interchange (IC) and Nagaoka Junction (JCT), which was damaged by the Niigata Chuetsu-oki Earthquake in December.
