NEXCO EAST Niigata Management Office (Kanan Ward, Niigata City, Director: Hiromitsu Shimomura) is located on the Ban-Etsu Expressway Aganogawa Service Area Out-bound Line (Aga Town, Niigata Prefecture) so that local people can easily shop. We have established aisles that can be used for commercial facilities from outside the Expressway and a parking lot for customers. We will inform you that it will be available from 8:00 on Saturday, March 28, 2009.
As a welcome event for the opening, we are waiting for the first 120 customers who shopped in the store with presents. When you go out, please drop in at this service area.
In addition, the smoking area for both the upper and lower lines in the service area has been completed.
Doorways from outside the Expressway
We have prepared a parking lot for customers (10 cars) that can be used from outside the Expressway.
Anyone from outside the Expressway can use the Aizuya restaurant and a convenience store that is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Setting up a smoking area
We have been working on measures against second-hand smoke and have developed a smoking area so that our customers can relax and smoke.

Aiming to create an open area, we have established a parking lot for customers from outside the Expressway and a passageway to commercial facilities so that local people can easily shop at commercial facilities in the area.
It should be noted that this is for using the commercial facilities within the service area on foot from outside the Expressway, and vehicles including motorcycles cannot be moved between them.
