About Highway Lady
Highway Lady is the Niigata Prefectural Expressway Traffic Safety Council (May 1983 with the aim of promoting the promotion of traffic safety awareness on Expressway and preventing traffic accidents, thus contributing to the realization of safe and smooth traffic.
