NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Niigata Chuo-ku) is, to our customers Expressway for the safe, secure and comfortable accessible to all users, Joshin-Etsu Expressway Shinanomachi Interchange (IC) ~ Joetsu JCT (junction) between, Hokuriku Expressway We will inform you that there will be night traffic closures between the Nadachi Tanihama IC and Joetsu IC due to road repair work.
