NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Niigata Chuo-ku) is, to our customers Expressway for the safe, secure and comfortable to use, and Ban-Etsu Expressway between Tsugawa Interchange (IC) ~ Niigata central junction (JCT), paving repair work We will inform you that we will be closed at night due to such reasons.
