NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) positions from November 10 (*) to April 15 of the following year as a snow and ice countermeasure period, and implements snow and ice countermeasure work to secure safe and smooth traffic on the Expressway We will continue to.
