NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) is in Golden Week [11 days from April 28 (Thu) to May 8 (Sun), 2016] We have summarized the locations where traffic congestion is predicted in Niigata Prefecture due to traffic congestion and countermeasures.
1 Request for distributed use
- On Expressway Niigata Prefecture, during the period, Peak 5km or more Is predicting congestion. (Where traffic congestion is predicted Attachments 1 and 2 [PDF:166KB] As of)
- This traffic congestion forecast is based on the traffic conditions in the past congestion period.
- Traffic conditions can change significantly depending on accidents and weather, so be sure to check the latest road traffic information before leaving and take time to go out. 2 Initiatives for congestion measures
Regarding congestion countermeasures, we will implement the following measures based on this traffic congestion forecast and past congestion situation. Also, in the past congestion period, small cars were parked in large car parking lots, which caused inconvenience to large car customers, and we plan to secure large car parking.
