Please be informed that NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) will carry out night traffic closures due to pavement repair work etc. between the Niigata Airport Interchange (IC) on the Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway and Arakawa Tonai IC.
We apologize for the inconvenience to our customers, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation as it is necessary to carry out the work safely and comfortably on the Expressway.

Construction content
This section is a temporary 2 lanes (1 lane on each side), and it is closed at night in order to reduce the number of traffic restrictions by concentrating and efficiently implementing construction, etc., to ensure safety for customers and to minimize the impact.
