NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Niigata Chuo-ku) is, to our customers Expressway for the safe, secure and comfortable accessible to all users, Joshin-Etsu Expressway between Shinanomachi Interchange (IC) ~ Joetsu junction (JCT), pavement repair We will carry out night traffic closures for the two-way traffic section due to construction work.
