NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) targets ETC cars such as ordinary cars and light cars from the Kanto area to the Kan-Etsu Expressway or Joshinetsu Expressway, and the maximum price is 5,720 yen. "Kanetsu/Joshinetsu Winter Pass 2016-2017" will be released from December 6 (Tuesday).
This is the fifth product this year, but the Joshinetsu plan has been added for the first time since this season.

4 Use section
Discounts are available for Expressway for round trips from the "departure/arrival area" in the Tokyo metropolitan area or Kanto Northeast to Kan-Etsu Expressway or the "destination area" on the Joshinetsu Expressway.

5 How to use
- Please apply from our website "DraPla" or "DraPla Mobile" by the day of use.

- Please use the following (1) ⇒ (2) in order for both metropolitan area arrival and departure type and Kanto northeast arrival and departure type.
(1) Outbound: Get on at the departure/arrival area IC and get off at the destination area IC.
(2) Return route: Take the IC in the destination area and get off at the IC in the departure area.- Discount is available only when using the Expressway from the IC within the departure and arrival area.
