NEXCO EAST Nagaoka Management Office (Nagaoka City) commemorates the opening of the Nagaoka Kita Smart Interchange (IC), which is under development with Nagaoka City, at 14:00 on Saturday, March 25, 2017. A business start ceremony will be held at the IC In-bound entrance.
In this ceremony, the members of the Nagaoka City Koyo Junior High School brass band will perform and balloons will be released by the children of Keiwa Nursery School. In addition, by applying in advance, we will present souvenirs to the first 5 customers who come in from the Nagaokakita Smart IC In-bound line.

3 Implementation details
- In addition to the "passing certificate" and the "flower seedlings" raised by the Niigata Prefectural Nagaoka Agricultural High School, "Memorial gifts" were given to the first five customers who flowed in from the Nagaoka Kita Smart IC In-bound line entrance who applied in advance. Will be presented.

4 Pre-registration for "First-ride vehicle"
1) How to apply
During the application period, numbered tickets will be issued on a first-come-first-served basis to customers who visit the application location directly. Please note that we do not accept phone applications.
Since Nagaokakita Smart IC is exclusively for ETC, you need to be able to use ETC to apply. Also, be sure to bring a certificate (such as a driver's license) that can identify you.
2) Place of application
Kan-Kan-Etsu Expressway Nagaoka Interchange Tollhouse Office
- Please note that it is different from the Nagaoka Kita Smart IC at the ceremony venue.
- Please use the customer parking lot outside the tollhouse.
3) Application period
From March 17 (Fri) to March 22 (Wed) All from 10:00 to 16:00
However, it will end when the first 5 cars arrive.
5 Notes
Please do not wait for the opening of the Expressway around the Nagaoka Kita Smart IC, public roads, and parking lots of private facilities as it may disturb other customers. Please note that we will not hold a ceremony on the Out-bound line (entrance towards Niigata).
