NEXCO EAST Niigata branch (Niigata city Chuo Ward)E18 Joshin-Etsu Expressway (upper and lower lines) between Shinanomachi IC and Joetsu JCT will be closed from October 10th to October 12th, 2017 due to pavement repair work.
