NEXCO EAST Niigata branch office and Nex-area Company Limited. Niigata branch (together Niigata City Chuo Ward) commemorate the Niigata Ramen Festival commemorating the 40th anniversary of the opening of the Hokuriku Expressway 30th year and highway in Niigata Prefecture from 7th September (Friday) to Niigata Prefecture It will be held in 26 service areas (SA) and parking area (PA) which were the center.
