NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) will welcome Kenjiro Shinozuka, a rally driver who won the first overall victory in the Paris-Dakar Rally, as an instructor, and will hold a driving school to improve safe driving skills on snowy roads. , Will be held at Naeba Ski Resort (Yuzawa Town) on Saturday, January 26, 2019.
