NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) offers Dorawari "Niigata Sightseeing Drive Pass-Rental Car Limited Course-" on July 1 for discounting Expressway fees for those who want to go around Niigata prefecture by car rental. It will be released from Monday.
This is the first Dora-wari product exclusively for rental car users. We have prepared a plan that is easy to use for foreign visitors to Japan, as well as for those who visit Niigata by rental car.
In addition, this product, which makes Niigata tourism a great deal, has been prepared in cooperation with the public interest incorporated foundation Niigata Prefecture Tourism Association, etc. to provide special benefits for over 100 tourist facilities.

6 How to use
- [1] Car rental stores that handle this product ( See attached sheet [PDF: 71KB] ) Book a rental car.
- [2] At the store above, request the use of this product to the store staff and fill in the necessary items on the application form.
- [3] Rent a car or ETC card (* 2).
(* 2) Customers cannot use the ETC card they have. - [4] During the application period, drive on the Expressway within the "tour area" above.
- [5] Return the rental car and ETC card to the rental car company (* 3).
(* 3) During the application period, if you use an ETC card loaned from a rental car store and drive outside the tour area of this product, you will have to pay the toll fee outside the tour area when you return the ETC card. Please.
7 Notes on use
- Traveling from an IC outside the tour area to an IC outside the tour area will be billed for the toll of all the sectors used.
- Depending on the flight segment, day of the week, and time of day, those who use the regular ETC discount may have lower Expressway tolls.
- The smart IC may have a limited usage time.
