NEXCO Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) E8 Hokuriku Expressway Yoneyama Interchange (IC), we will close the entrance due to the construction of a new tollgate roof.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to use the Expressway safely and comfortably.
