NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) would like to inform you about large-scale traffic restrictions, road closures, IC closures, and rest facility closures due to construction work scheduled for after the Obon holiday in August 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers, and ask for your understanding and cooperation in allowing plenty of time when traveling.
