NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo Ward, Niigata City) will be conducting crime prevention drills simulating robbery cases at four Expressway toll gates in the prefecture in cooperation with the Niigata Prefectural Police Headquarters. The drills are being conducted to re-examine the crime prevention measures at the toll gates as the year comes to an end, and to raise the crime prevention awareness of toll gate staff.

1. Implementation content
The training simulates a scenario in which a mock criminal attacks a toll booth attendant on duty, robs him of cash, and then flees.
After the training, the local police station and Expressway traffic police will provide a commentary and lecture.
