We would like to inform you of the expected opening date for the E8 Hokuriku Expressway Nagaoka Nishi-Ozumi Smart Interchange (hereinafter referred to as the "Smart IC"), a project jointly undertaken by Nagaoka City and the Niigata East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. Regional Head Office, Ltd., based on the current progress of construction work.
The opening date and time will be announced once the construction is expected to be completed.
Nagaoka City and East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. will continue to work together to aim for the earliest possible opening.
