NEXCO EAST Joetsu Management Office (Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture) will hold the "15th Joshinetsu Painting Exhibition" as part of its efforts to cooperate with local communities and support education.
This art exhibition, now in its 15th year, aims to introduce elementary school students who will be the next generation to the areas along Expressway to the wonders of drawing and the importance of having dreams, as well as to deepen their interest in and understanding of Expressway project.

Elementary school students (grades 1-6) attending school in the following areas
Joetsu City, Myoko City, Itoigawa City, Niigata Prefecture
Shinano-machi, Nagano Prefecture; Asahi-machi, Toyama Prefecture

All submitted works will be exhibited
