NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Chairman: Shigejiro Yagi) is proceeding with the construction of the four-lane construction of the Ban-Etsu Expressway [between Iwaki Junction (JCT) and Koriyama JCT], coming November 30. It will be completed in a day, and the entire section will be reborn as a four-lane Expressway.
This project started in December 1998, and it took about 10 years to complete the project, but it was the various people involved in this project who were able to complete the project during this period. It goes without saying that we are grateful for your support and cooperation.
Therefore, in order to look back at the completion of the construction between Iwaki JCT and Koriyama JCT, a completion report meeting (sponsored by NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office Office) and a celebration event for the purpose of commemorating the completion and widely considering the significance of Expressway maintenance We would like to inform you that we will hold the following as a commemorative ceremony for the completion (sponsored by the Alliance).
