NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office (Aoba Ward, Sendai City) and Koranashiyama-Kuroishi Onsenkyo Activation Council (Kuroishi City, Aomori Prefecture), the lead secretary of this campaign, will open the long-cherished Tohoku Shinkansen to Shin-Aomori Station on December 4. As a support campaign, this is the second time this year we have received a favorable reception, “Koarashiyama”, so that customers using ETC on the Expressway can enjoy the Aomori Hetcho (dialect of “navel”) Kuroishi area with great value.・The Kuroishi Onsen Village ETC Limited Highway Service Campaign 2010 will be held. If you can reach Aomori on the Shinkansen, please come to Kuroishi with a rental car.
In cooperation with 43 inns, tourist facilities, famous stores, etc., you can receive discount benefits and services by presenting ETC card, and you can win luxury prizes by participating in stamp rally, you can use Kuroishi on the Expressway It is a plan that you can drive with great value.

2 Usage
(1) Discount on accommodation charges
- You can receive discounts and discounted services at participating inns simply by saying "ETC" at the time of reservation or showing the ETC card at check-in.
(2) Day trip bath charges and discounts at famous stores
- Just show your ETC card at the time of payment to receive discount benefits and advantageous services.
(3) Stamp rally
- If you apply by stamping the stamp of the participating facility on the stamp rally mount in the pamphlet, the following gifts will be drawn by lot according to the number stamped.
