At NEXCO East Japan Yamagata Management Office (Yamagata City, Yamagata Prefecture), safety measures construction near the Gassan Interchange (IC) was completed, and inflows from Gassan IC to the Gassan Road/Shonai area other than the outflow route (G ramp).・Since the safety of the outflow path (E, F, H lamps) has been confirmed, we will inform you that we will cancel the road closure.
In addition, we will continue to close G lamps. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to ensure safety.

Precautions when using the Gassan IC for the Shonai area
- When going from Gassan IC to the Shonai area, a U-turn is required under the bridge.
- Please follow the guidance provided by local signs.
