At the NEXCO East Nippon Expressway Regional Head Office (Aoba-ku, Sendai City), the collapsed earth and sand were removed from the section damaged by the earthquake that occurred around 17:16 on April 11, 2011, with the epicenter in the Hamadori region of Fukushima prefecture. We have been working diligently toward restoration, but we will inform you that the road closure was lifted at 16:30.

With this, all suspension of traffic due to the earthquake will be lifted.
