NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office and (Sendai Aoba-ku), Nex-area Company Limited in Sendai Branch (Sendai Aoba-ku), Miyagi Prefecture, Fukushima Prefecture of the service area (SA) to the target of 8 store restaurant NEXCO EAST 6th New We will hold the menu contest "Sendai Block Qualifying".

The chefs of eight restaurants will put their skills into action, and the top two products (the highest and the highest awards) will advance the pieces to the "final competition" to be held in Tokyo next March 22nd.

On the day, Keiichiro Otsu, the director of the Eiwa Institute of Japanese Cooking Technology School, served as the chair of the jury, and the judges included four women recruited from general customers in Miyagi and Fukushima prefectures. A total of 9 people will perform the examination.

In addition, these 8 works will be sold at each SA restaurant from January 16 (Monday) next year, so please enjoy them.
