NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office (Sendai Aoba Ward) and Nex-area Company Limited Morioka Branch (Iwate Prefecture Morioka City) are located on the Tohoku Expressway Shiwa Service Area (SA) In-bound line (Shiwa Town, Shiwa District, Iwate Prefecture).
