NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office (Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture) and Kuji City Tourism Products Association (Kuji City, Iwate Prefecture) are pleased to offer "Iwate Kuji City" to customers who use Expressway to enjoy Kuji City at a reasonable price. We will carry out "Dr. Library 2014" as follows.
This campaign is a profitable and fun project where you can get discounts on tourist facilities by showing flyers, and if you go around the tourist facilities and collect stamps, you will win raw sea urchin and abalone by lottery.
"Doratoku" is a collective term for services provided by NEXCO EAST Tohoku Branch for the local community to enjoy the drive to customers who use expressways.

1 Implementation period
From Tuesday, April 1, 2014 to Friday, October 31, 2014 [for about 7 months]
2 Usage
- Discounts on usage fees for tourist facilities
If you show the leaflet at the tourist facilities listed on the leaflet, you will receive discounts such as entrance fees and gifts - Stamp Rally
If you show the admission ticket of the tourist facility and the receipt (500 yen or more) you shopped on the leaflet to the window of each facility, a stamp will be stamped. If you collect 3 stamps, you can win the following local Kuji special products.

3 How to apply for the stamp rally
Please fill in the necessary items in the lottery box provided at each facility posted on the leaflet and post it.

You can get leaflets at the following service areas (SA) and parking areas (PA) in Aomori, Iwate, Miyagi, Akita, and Fukushima Prefectures. Please drop in when using the Expressway.
