NEXCO EAST Yamagata Construction Office (Yamagata City, Yamagata Prefecture) and Yamagata Management Office (Yamagata City, Yamagata Prefecture) set up a detour between Tohoku-Chuo Expressway Tendo Interchange (IC) and Higashine IC due to the construction of the main toll gate.
