NEXCO EAST Yamagata Management Office (Yamagata City, Yamagata Prefecture), E13 Tohoku-Chuo Expressway (Nanyo Takahata Interchange (IC)-Yamagata Ueyama IC) will open on Saturday, April 13 2019 To commemorate this, we would like to inform you that the opening ceremony will be held at the Kaminoyama Onsen IC (in front of the entrance gate) as follows.

In addition, we will recruit "first rider" customers who use the IC entrance first.

NEXCO EAST, we will present a pass certificate and commemorative gift to 5 customers waiting in advance (pre-registration system). (The customer with the first reception will be the first rider.)

4 How to apply for customers who wish to start the ceremony

Please apply in advance by the following method.

1) How to apply

Please come to the reception desk directly during the following reception period. Numbered tickets will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. You cannot apply by phone.
Also, please be sure to bring a certificate (driver's license, etc.) that can identify you when you issue a pass certificate.

3) Reception period

From Thursday, March 14 to Friday, April 5 from 10:00 to 16:00

4) Notes

It is strictly forbidden to wait on the public roads around the Kaminoyama Onsen IC.
