NEXCO EAST Kitakami Management Office (Kitakami City, Iwate Prefecture) is a 2-lane section (1 lane on each side) E46 Kamaishi Expressway Hanamaki Airport Interchange (IC) -Towa IC will be closed at night for ETC equipment renewal work and various equipment inspections.
