NEXCO EAST Fukushima Management Office (Fukushima City, Fukushima Prefecture) has been working on pavement repair work at the E4 Tohoku Expressway Fukushima Matsukawa Parking Area (PA) and Fukushima Matsukawa Smart Interchange (IC) (In-bound line). We will close at night as follows.
Therefore, when you go out, please leave with plenty of time, and when you drive, please detour to Route 4. In addition, customers using the rest facilities are requested to use the service areas (SA) and PA (Tohoku Expressway Azuma PA, Adatara SA, etc.) before and after.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to customers who use the Expressway, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation in the construction work necessary to use the Expressway safely and comfortably.
