NEXCO EAST Morioka Management Office (Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture) will be closed at night as follows at the E4 Tohoku Expressway Hanamaki Interchange (IC) due to repair work on damaged pavement.
Therefore, when leaving, please leave with plenty of time and take a detour to National Route 4, etc. when driving.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to customers using the Expressway, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation in the construction necessary for safe and comfortable use of the Expressway.

Every night from 20:00 to 6:00 [3 nights]
[Backup dates: October 6th (Thursday) and 7th (Friday)]

• It will be closed at night from 20:00 on weekdays to 6:00 the next day.
  (Friday night work will be done until 6 am on Saturday)
• It may be canceled depending on the weather, so please check the latest information from websites such as "DraTra" when using the Expressway.
