Local people from each of the six Tohoku prefectures connected by Expressway will gather to provide visitors with "things unique to the region" that can only be experienced by actually going there, such as local performing arts and local gourmet food from each region of Tohoku. It is an event that you can enjoy and rediscover the charm of the Tohoku region.
This year marks the 19th time this event has been held, and over the past 18 times, about 900,000 people have been exposed to the charm of the Tohoku region.
