NEXCO EAST Kitakami Management Office (Kitakami City, Iwate Prefecture) will open the E4 Tohoku Expressway Hanamaki PA (Hanamaki PA) Smart Interchange (Smart IC) on Wednesday, March 20, 2020 (holiday) at 15:00. To commemorate this occasion, we would like to inform you that we will hold a business opening ceremony as follows.
We will also be recruiting customers who will be the first to use the smart IC entrance.
