NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office Morioka Management Office (Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture) and Kitakami Management Office (Kitakami City, Iwate Prefecture) will be implementing the "Highway Iwate Hot Spring Tour Service Campaign 2025" as follows to enable customers using Expressway to relax and enjoy the bathing facilities in Iwate Prefecture at a great price.
This campaign is a fun and economical plan in which you can receive discounts on admission to day-use bathing facilities using coupons in the pamphlet, and if you tour the bathing facilities and collect stamps, you will be entered into a lottery to win luxurious prizes.

1. Implementation period

May 31 (Sat) - November 30 (Sun) 2025 [approximately 6 months]

2. How to Use

1. Discounts on day-use bathing facilities
   If you fill out a discount coupon and drop it into the "discount coupon collection box" at the counter of the bathing facility listed in the brochure, you will receive a discount on your bathing fee.
   • The discount coupons are printed in the pamphlet, so please cut them out and use them.
   • This campaign is designed to allow you to enjoy the wide variety of bathing facilities in Iwate Prefecture. Please refrain from focusing on specific facilities.
2. Stamp Rally
   In the "Highway Stamp" section in the pamphlet, please stamp one of the highway stamps provided at service areas (hereafter "SA") or parking areas (hereafter "PA") that house NEXCO EAST facilities.
   Next, use the bathing facilities listed in the pamphlet and collect one or more stamps.
   Depending on the number of stamps collected and the amount of purchases made along the coast of Iwate Prefecture totaling 2,000 yen or more (tax included), you will be entered into a lottery to win one of the following prizes.

A Hot Springs Tour Award

[1 highway stamp + 1 or more bath facility stamps in each of the 3 areas]

• Free bathing ticket for two people...20 winners selected by lottery every month

B Sanriku Support Award

[One highway stamp + one or more bath facility stamps + a receipt or invoice for purchases of 2,000 yen or more (tax included) made in a coastal area ^(※)]

• Coastal areas of interest
  Hirono Town, Kuji City, Noda Village, Fudai Village, Tanohata Village, Iwaizumi Town, Miyako City, Yamada Town, Otsuchi Town, Kamaishi City, Ofunato City, Rikuzentakata City

• Sanriku specialties...3 winners selected by lottery every month

C Area Domination Award

[1 highway stamp + all bath facility stamps in your chosen area]

• Specialties from the application area: A total of 24 winners will be selected by lottery (4 areas x 6 winners each)

D. All-location Conquest Award

[1 highway stamp + 38 bath facility stamps for all locations]

• Free accommodation voucher for two: 6 people in total will be chosen by lottery
• Completion certificate and Iwate Prefecture specialty products- all applicants (Limited to one per person)

Double Chance

[For those who were not selected in the stamp rally lottery]

• Iwate Prefecture specialties...2 winners selected by lottery each month

• The special products of Iwate Prefecture that will be given as gifts are:
  Photos were provided by Hanamaki Tourism Association, Kanegasaki Town Tourism Association, Oshu City Tourism and Products Association, Hiraizumi Town, Ichinoseki City Tourism Association, Nishiwaga Town Tourism and Products Promotion Council, Nishine Roadside Station, Kitakami City, and Tono Kaze no Oka Roadside Station.

In addition, each giveaway winner will also receive a free coffee voucher for service areas in Iwate Prefecture (Iwateyama SA, Shiwa SA, Maezawa SA).

3. How to apply for stamp rally

Please fill in the necessary information in the dedicated envelope with stamping space on the pamphlet and apply.

• Application deadline: Last day of each month (postmark on that day is valid)
  However, May and June payments are due by the end of June, and November payments are due by December 15th (postmark on that day is valid).
• Final application deadline: Monday, December 15, 2025 (postmark on that day is valid)

Four. How to get the brochure

Brochures are available at the following SA and PA in Iwate and Miyagi prefectures. Please stop by when you are using Expressway.

"Doratoku" is a collective term for services provided by NEXCO EAST Tohoku Branch for the local community to enjoy the drive to customers who use expressways.

NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office is working to improve the vitality of the entire Tohoku region by discovering and widely promoting attractive tourism resources and revitalizing regional exchanges. It has set up "regional liaison committees" in each prefecture and organized the "Highway Iwate People's Town Network" to work together with the region. In addition to holding the "Highway Iwate Hot Spring Tour Service Campaign 2025," NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office will work to improve the vitality of the entire Tohoku region through various initiatives to promote the attractions of the region through Expressway.
