NEXCO東日本 いわき管理事務所（福島県いわき市）は、E6常磐自動車道（以下「常磐道」）いわき小名浜（いわきおなはま）インターチェンジ（以下「IC」）が令和7年8月7日（木）15時に開通することを記念して、「一番乗り（1号車から5号車まで）」のお客さまに記念品を贈呈する営業開始セレモニーを実施しますのでお知らせします。応募方法等の詳細は、以下の概要をご確認ください。

2. Venue
Joban Expressway Iwaki Onahama IC, entrance, in front of the ETC gate. See Appendix 1 [PDF: 299KB]
3. 3. Contents of the event
Five customers who apply in advance using the "4. Application Method" below will be selected by lottery to receive a "Certificate of Passage" and a "Souvenir." The order of cars 1 to 5 will also be decided by lottery and will be announced at that time.
Winners will be asked to use Joban Expressway from the same IC.
Four. How to apply
Please complete the pre-registration procedure as follows:

- Please apply from the dedicated application form during the reception period.
- We do not accept applications over the phone.
- If the number of applicants exceeds the planned number, we will conduct a strict lottery.
- Notification of lottery results will be replaced by e-mail to the winners.
- From 14:00 on Friday, June 27, 2020 to 23:59 on Friday, July 11, 2020
- On the day of the opening, parking or stopping vehicles on public roads connecting to any of the Onahama Road ICs while waiting for the opening will be strictly prohibited as it will obstruct traffic.
- Winners will be contacted separately with details such as the meeting place on the day of the opening ceremony.
