At NEXCO EAST Tsuruoka Management Office (Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture), E7 Nighttime road closures will be implemented on Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway (hereinafter referred to as the "Nitto Expressway") from Sakata Chuo Interchange (hereinafter referred to as the "IC") to Sakata Minato IC on both inbound and outbound lanes, from Shonai Airport IC to Sakata IC on both inbound and outbound lanes, and from Sakata IC to Sakata Chuo IC on both inbound and outbound lanes to carry out pavement repair work, etc.

2. Detour

For detours, please refer to Appendix 1 [PDF: 217KB], Appendix 2 [PDF: 220KB], and Appendix 3 [PDF: 150KB].
The detour will increase travel time, so please allow yourself plenty of time when traveling.

3. Construction overview

Since the road surface is damaged between the Nitto Expressway upper and lower lines Shonai Airport IC ~ Sakata Minato IC, pavement repair work will be carried out. In order to minimize inconvenience to our customers, we will close the road at night on weekdays when traffic is low, and carry out construction intensively and efficiently. This is necessary for the safe and comfortable use of Expressway, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
