NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office (Miyagi Ward, Sendai City) and Miyagi Prefectural Road Public Corporation (Aoba Ward, Sendai City) have been collaborating with an outlet mall for the first time to offer the Dorawari "Tohoku Sightseeing Free Pass - Mitsui Outlet Park Sendai Port Set Plan" (hereinafter referred to as "this plan"), a special offer for the Tohoku Sightseeing Free Pass, which has been on sale since 2012 with the aim of supporting the recovery of tourism in the Tohoku region and has been extremely well received.
This plan is a great deal for ETC-equipped vehicles only, and provides unlimited use of expressways within the target areas of five courses set around Miyagi Expressway, including a tour of the six Tohoku prefectures, on the condition that you spend 3,000 yen or more (tax included, combined purchases can be made) at Mitsui Outlet Park Sendai Port during the period of use you have applied for. It also comes with a "special coupon" that can be used at target stores at Mitsui Outlet Park Sendai Port.

How to use
  1. Apply via the internet

    Please apply through NEXCO EAST website "DraPla".

  2. Please use Expressway with the ETC card and vehicle type you registered when you applied.
    • Please apply for this plan before using Expressway.
  3. Please present a receipt for purchases of 3,000 yen or more (tax included, can be combined) and the set plan coupon screen linked in the application completion email at the general information desk on the 1st floor of Mitsui Outlet Park Sendai Port.
    The opening hours of the 1st floor general information desk are the same as those of Mitsui Outlet Park Sendai Port.
    On the "Set Plan Coupon Screen," enter the special code provided by the general information desk staff, and make sure that the screen shows "Used."
    Please note that if the "Set Plan Coupon Screen" does not show "Used," you will be charged the regular Expressway toll rate.
  4. We will give you a "special coupon" that can be used at designated stores in Mitsui Outlet Park Sendai Port, and you can receive special benefits such as discounts and novelty gifts.
