In conjunction with the National Autumn Traffic Safety Campaign, which will be held from Sunday, September 21st to Tuesday, September 30th, 2025, NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office (Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture) will be conducting an autumn traffic safety campaign in collaboration with relevant organizations such as prefectural Regional Head Office highway Expressway police units at 20 locations, including interchanges (hereinafter referred to as "ICs"), service areas (hereinafter referred to as "SAs"), and parking areas (hereinafter referred to as "PAs") on Expressway within the Tohoku Branch's jurisdiction, as described below.
This campaign aims to achieve "zero" traffic fatalities by distributing flyers and novelties and calling on customers to prevent motorcycle accidents, wrong-way driving accidents, and careless driving.

State of past campaign
The NEXCO EAST Group has positioned the period from 2021 to 2025 as "a period to contribute to the achievement of the SDGs and transform toward a new future society", and is carrying out various initiatives.
