NEXCO EAST The Yamagata Management Office (Yamagata City, Yamagata Prefecture) will be closed at night to carry out countermeasures to prevent reverse running at the entrance ramp of the Yonezawa Kita Interchange (hereinafter referred to as "IC") of the E13 Tohoku-Chuo Expressway (hereinafter referred to as "Tohoku Chuo Expressway") Line Out-bound.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers, but please use the ICs before and after to take a detour. We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you can allow plenty of time when you go out.

   Every day from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM the next morning (excluding Saturdays and Sundays)

   Preparation day:

   Wednesday, April 22, 2020 - Thursday, April 23, 2020

   Every day from 20:00 to 6:00 the next morning

• In stormy weather, it will be postponed to the spare day.
• The decision to proceed with construction will be announced on X (formerly Twitter), etc.

Please allow plenty of time when traveling as detours will increase travel time.

3. Construction overview

At the entrance ramp of the Tohoku Chuo Expressway Out-bound line Yonezawa Kita IC, we will carry out countermeasures to prevent reverse driving. In order to avoid causing as much inconvenience as possible to customers, we will close the road on weekday nights when there is little traffic, and carry out the construction intensively and efficiently. This is a necessary construction for you to use Expressway safely and comfortably, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
