NEXCO EAST At the Kitakami Management Office (Kitakami City, Iwate Prefecture), the exit and entrance ramps of E46 Akita Expressway (hereafter "Akita Expressway" Yuda Interchange, hereafter "IC") will be closed overnight to carry out pavement repair work and other related work.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and ask that you use the preceding or later interchange interchanges to detour around us. We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you can allow extra time when you go out.

3. Construction overview

Pavement repair work will be performed on the exit and entrance ramps at the Yuda IC of the Akita Road In-bound line due to damage to the road surface. Since the area where this work is to be performed is a single lane, it is necessary to close the ramp to perform the work since it is not possible to perform the work with the normal lane restrictions. In order to minimize inconvenience to our customers, we will close the ramp during the nighttime on weekdays when traffic volume is low, and will conduct the work in a concentrated and efficient manner. We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this work is necessary for the safe and comfortable use of Expressway.
