At NEXCO EAST Tsuruoka Management Office (Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture), E7 Due to pavement repair work and other construction work, Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway (hereinafter referred to as "Nitto Expressway") will be closed to traffic at night in both directions between Sakata Interchange (hereinafter referred to as "IC") and Sakata Minato IC.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation in allowing extra time when you go out.

2. Detour

The detour will increase your travel time, so please allow extra time for your journey.

3. Construction overview

On the Nitto Expressway (both directions) Sakata IC ~ Sakata Minato IC, pavement repair work is being carried out due to road surface damage. Additionally, felling work will be carried out in line with the growth of black pine trees planted on the slope. To minimize inconvenience to customers, we close roads on weekday nights when traffic is low, allowing for concentrated and efficient construction. This construction is necessary to ensure safe and comfortable use of the Expressway, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
