It has been 10 years since the Great East Japan Earthquake.
Expressway network network in the disaster area, including the opening of all lines of Joban Expressway. Furthermore, the 4-lane section of Joban Expressway is expanding. We visited the disaster-stricken areas to see what kind of changes are being made to people's lives by protecting lives and supporting the economy.

In Okuma Town staff struggling to create a new town, a gimmick who is struggling to collaborate with Hamadori in Fukushima Prefecture, and Watari Town in Miyagi Prefecture, local junior high school students were working on creating a PR map for the town. Each place has its own reconstruction.
