(Germany) Partial amendment of agreement with Japan Expressway Ownership and Debt Repayment Organization
East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. and (Germany) Japan Expressway The holding and debt repayment mechanism is Expressway Company Law (Law No. 99 of 2004) Article 6 Clause 1 and (Germany) Japan Expressway Based on the provisions of Article 13, Paragraph 1 of the Ownership and Debt Repayment Organization Act (Law No. 100, 2004), the "Highway National Highway Hokkaido Junkan Expressway Hakodate" concluded on March 31, 2006. An agreement to change a part of the "Agreement regarding Nayoro Line, etc." was concluded at 2019 on March 26th.
